My initial order was the Sandara office heels in Beige size 36,the figlia size guide said size 36 of theirs is 22.9cm. I know my size is 230cm. When it arrived I tried it on and noticed medyo maliit ang shoe, so I opted for a replacement. The customer service support of Figlia is very good and thorough with the instructions. I had to shoulder the courier fee sending it back to them. Sadly, sold out na Ang size 37 ng Sandara in Beige so I chose this Elaine heels Kasi same price lang nung Sandara ayoko na din mag dagdag ng bayad. Shipping fee is borne by figlia for the returned item. 235cm eto kaya Hindi sya masyado snug fit. But it's nice.
Pro tip. :magsukat sa mall to determine the right size, then you can order online knowing the right size Kasi more discounted pag dito sa site. Abangan ko na lang ulit pag available na yung size 37 ng Sandara office heels. Thank you Figlia and customer support Kendys.
