How do I transfer my payment via Palawan and Cebuana Lhuillier?

Palawan
1. Visit any Palawan Express branch.
2. Ask for a ‘Padala to Bank Account Form’ via SECURITY BANK SYSTEM.
3. Enter the following information:

Bank Name: Metrobank (not Security Bank)
Account Name: CHARTER INTERNATIONAL, INC.
Account Number: 6313631025049
Address: Suite 1801, The Centerpoint Julia Vargas Avenue, Ortigas Center Pasig City

4. Pay your order amount plus an additional P100 service fee required by Palawan.
5. Send your validated slip to facebook.com/figliashoes,hello@figlia.com.phor via Viber at 0917 629 0971.


Cebuana
1. Visit any Cebuana branch.
2. Inform the staff that you will send money to a bank account.
3. Provide the following information:

SHIPPING FEE AND DELIVERY TIME
Shipping is free for orders of P995 and above. Below P995, we offer an affordable flat-rate shipping fee of P100. 

Metro Manila: 3-5 business days
Outside Metro Manila: 7-14 business days

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
If you wish to cancel your order, please send us an email at hello@figlia.com.ph.

Order cancellation request should be within 24 hours.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
If you're unsatisfied with your order, kindly send it back to us within 15 days of the invoice date for exchange or online store credit. Please ensure that items and any accompanying packaging are in good condition before sending them over. For bags, we are only able to accept unused and unwashed items that still have their tags on.

How do I return or exchange my order?

Please fill out our online returns form. Our CSR will reach out to you within 24-48 hours (weekdays only) regarding the return options. Please include your invoice before packing your items in order to avoid delays in processing your return.

How long will it take to process my return or exchange?

We will send your replacement item/s once we've confirmed that the original item/s have been returned. Return processing will proceed once you send to us a copy of waybill from third party courier of the return item.

Can I return my order again for the second time?

Yes, but you will shoulder the return/replacement shipping fee. We only offer free returns for first return transaction.

Do you offer refunds?

At this time we do not offer refunds regardless of payment method. If you're unsatisfied with your order, kindly send it back to us within 15 days of the invoice date for exchange or online store credit.
