Shipping is free for orders of P995 and above. Below P995, we offer an affordable flat-rate shipping fee of P100. 

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

*Due to high volume of orders and ECQ/GCQ restrictions in certain areas, there may be potential delays in our deliveries.

Do you accept Express Delivery? 

Our express delivery service is available for locations within Metro Manila, including Taytay, Cainta, San Mateo, and Antipolo, at a flat rate of P200.00, facilitated by our trusted partner courier, Ninjavan. Please note that customers cannot select a preferred courier to access this service.

To avail of this expedited shipping option, you can place your order directly on our website at www.figlia.com.ph and select "Express Shipping" during checkout. Alternatively, if you need any assistance, feel free to reach out to us via email at hello@figlia.ph.

Orders must be placed by 8:00 am to qualify for same-day processing and delivery. Any orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed and delivered on the following day.

Order cancellation request should be within 24 hours.


If you're unsatisfied with your order, kindly send it back to us within 30 days of the invoice date for exchange or online store credit. Please ensure that items and any accompanying packaging are in good condition before sending them over. For bags, we are only able to accept unused and unwashed items that still have their tags on.

How do I return or exchange my order?

Kindly send an email to hello@figlia.com.ph. Our CSR will reach out to you within 24-48 hours (weekdays only) regarding the return options. Please include your full name and order number (#FIL__).

How long will it take to process my return or exchange?

We will send your replacement item/s once we've confirmed that the original item/s have been returned. Return processing will proceed once you send to us a copy of waybill from third party courier of the return item.

Do you offer refunds?

At this time we do not offer refunds regardless of payment method. If you're unsatisfied with your order, kindly send it back to us within 15 days of the invoice date for exchange or online store credit.
