Received the shoes in good condition with no damage. The shoes is comfortable and very cute. It is versatile as it can be paired with formal or casual clothes. At first, I was worried that the color of the shoes was a really vibrant red in the picture but it was dark red in person which I really love.
I also want to mention that their customer service is nice, especially when it comes to their return service. They're very accommodating and are quick to respond to any concerns (I initially had size 37 but it was a bit big for me so I had to replace it with 36 and they were really fast in replacing it which is great!) Overall, the shoes were really worth it for the price ☺️👍🏻.
